If you’re looking to buy a new vehicle, you have options!  Why not consider leasing a vehicle rather than purchasing outright?  Twenty-two percent of the cars sold nationwide today are leased, according to leasetrader.com.  That is a big increase since the banking crisis which caused leases to significantly decline.

“It makes more financial sense to lease a vehicle,” says, Lee Bros Leesing Owner, Michael Lee.    “The programs that we offer are very strong, with lower monthly payments and a lease has a shorter period of time that you’re committed to the vehicle.”

Nationwide vehicle leases have risen twenty percent from 2010.  “As a result of a lot of the leases being reduced over the last few years, we’ve found that there’s a big shortage in the market of good, quality used vehicles, so we’ve been a lot more aggressive in acquiring vehicles from customers.  This has been one of our major selling points; Any Vehicle, Any Make, Any Model New or Used – Tell us what you are looking for and we’ll help you find or identify the best car or truck for you and your family or your business.” explained Lee.

Since there are fewer used cars in the market right now, Chris Aramini, General Sales Manager for Lee Bros Leesing said customers have an advantage.  “Your vehicle is now worth a lot more than it was two or three years ago because they’re much harder to find.  Lee Bros Leesing has also seen an increase in leases, with approximately 20 percent of their new vehicle business coming from leases.

“In the past year, manufacturers have really incentivized the lease again.  This makes sense for a lot of buyers as it gives them more options with regard to price, model and commitment to a vehicle.” added Aramini.  For those people who would prefer to replace their car or truck more frequently or for businesses whose vehicles accumulate more miles, the lease option is a perfect solution.  When these leased cars come back to the dealership in the next two to three years, dealers will have more used vehicle inventory, which is highly in demand.
